Overview

Each year Workday would present to Gartner (A technological research and consulting firm) its future vision of capability in 6 areas, including Financial Services, Technology, Health Care, Professional Services, Human Capital Management, and Integration. I collaborated in building the high-fidelity wireframes and interaction design in the areas of Technology and Professional Vignette.
GOALS
  • Reaches the sales revenue of 10 billion instead of the current 5 billion annual sales
  • Continues to be the top market leader in the cloud space in Finance, HR, and Planning system
  • Gets more contracts from midsize to large corporations

Worked directly with the Product Managers, Director of Product Marketing, Senior Director of Product Management in Financials and a Senior Product Designer

Process

In the initial stage, I worked with the product managers of different teams and the Director of Marketing to understand the new features of the Technology and Professional Service Hubs.

Next, I collaborated with the senior product designers to brainstorm and design different versions of high-fidelity wireframes. Subsequently, we determined the design and flow to showcase information in the best possible ways. Interaction was then added to help tell the story so that potential and existing customers know how Workday's financial products could streamline their businesses efficiently and help them make more informed decisions for future planning.

Technology Vignette

How Workday units the ecosystem to put clients’ data at the center to curate a predictable recurring subscription-based model.

The Revenue Team looks after the upcoming renewals and models out options for one of their best clients, including subscription management and billing.

Professional Vignette

How Workday helps with quoting services capability.

The Pricing Analytics Hub helps to recommend 3 strategies based on the risk level and the benefits.

By using machine learning, it brings in new contingent workers based on their skills and experience.

Result

The quick demo videos of different vignettes were produced. Workday has continued to be selected by Gartner as the Industry Leader in the Cloud Core Financial Management Suites for Midsize, Large, and Global Enterprises Market.
